  4. Shri Salman Khurshid visited UAE on March 13, 2013 and held a telephonic conversation with the UAE Foreign Minister on February 5, 2014 on his transit visit. MoS Shri Ahmad visited UAE from 30 April to 03 May 2014.

Minister of Textiles, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Shri Piyush Goyal visited UAE in October 2021 to inaugurate the India Pavilion at Dubai EXPO2020 and to co-chair the 9th meeting of High Level Task Force on Investment (HLTFI) with UAE' Minister of State (Foreign Trade) Dr. Thani Al Zeyoudi.
  15. The Minister of State for External Affairs & Parliamentary Affairs, Government of India, Shri V. Muraleedharan visited UAE from 18 - 21 January 2021. During his visit took up various issues related to the welfare of Indian community and the promotion of bilateral relations.
  16. Minister for Food processing Industries, Mrs. Harsimrat Kaur Badal visited Dubai from 16th to 18th February 2020 for the 25th edition of the 'Gulfood 2020'. She also reviewed the existing bilateral cooperation in the field of the food security and deliberated upon ways to further increase the it. She also discussed UAE's prospective investments in food corridor in India.
  17. Minister of Commerce and Industry and Minister for Railways, Shri Piyush Goyal visited UAE in September 2019. Minister attended the seventh meeting of the UAE-India High Level Joint Task Force on Investments (HLTFI).
  18. Mr. Dharmendra Pradhan, Hon'ble Minister of Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Minister of Steel, Government of India visited Abu Dhabi on 11th and 12th November 2019 to attend the 35th Abu Dhabi International Exhibition and Conference ADIPEC). He also visited UAE from 9th to 11th September 2019 to participate in the 8th Asian Ministerial Energy Roundtable and 24th World Energy Congress in Abu Dhabi.
  19. The Minister of State for External Affairs & Parliamentary Affairs, Government of India, Shri V. Muraleedharan visited UAE from 6th to 8th November 2019 to attend the 10th IORA Ministerial Meeting. He aslo visited UAE during 14-17 October 2019 to participate at the Abu Dhabi Dialogue(ADD) he also addressed the Indian community in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
  20. Kerala Chief Minister Sh. Pinarayi Vijayan made a four-day visit to the UAE from February 13 to February 16, 2019 with the aim of bringing new projects and investments into the flood-ravaged state.
  21. A high level delegation from Himachal Pradesh comprising of the Chief Minister - Shri Jai Ram Thakur and Shri Bikram Singh, Industries Minister visited UAE from 23 - 26 June, 2019 for 'Rising Himachal'
  22. Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Shri Raghubar Das visited UAE on 16 December 2018 and made a presentation on the opportunities in Jharkhand.
  23. Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas and Skill Development & Entrepreneurship of India visited UAE from 11-15 May, 2018 to participate at the ADNOC Downstream Investment Forum.
  24. Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan visited UAE on 10-11 November to participate the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC 2018).
  25. Chief Minister of Kerala, Mr. Pinarayi Vijayan visited UAE on 17-22 October 2018 and met Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Tolerance andhaikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Dhafra Region and Chairman of the Emirates Red Crescent (ERC).
  26. Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Devendra Fadnavis visited UAE on 9 June 2018 and met DP World Chairman, Dr.Sultan bin Sulayem Chairman, to discuss investment in multi-modal logistics hubs and ports in Maharashtra.
  27. Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu visited UAE on 8 February 2018 and made a presentation on the opportunities in Andhra Pradesh.
  28. Minister of State (IC) for Power and New & Renewable Energy Shri Raj Kumar Singh visited UAE on 16-19 January 2018, for World Future Energy Summit (WFES) 2018.
  29. Commerce and Industry Minister Shri Suresh Prabhu visited UAE on 14 January 2018, for fifth meeting of the India-UAE High Level Joint Task Force on Investments.
  30. Commerce and Industry Minister Shri Suresh Prabhu visited UAE on 17 December 2017 and met Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Belhaif Al Nuaimi, UAE Minister of Infrastructure Development and Mr. Sultan bin Sulayem, Group Chairman & CEO of DP World and discussed cooperation in logistics sector, industrial corridors & promoting more UAE investments in India.
  31. Chief Minister of Haryana Shri Manohar Lal Khattar visited UAE on 05-07 December 2017, showcasing investment opportunities available in the State in various sectors.
  32. Minister of State for External Affairs, Sh. MJ Akbar visited UAE on 8 November 2017 to attend opening ceremony of Louvre Museum in Abu Dhabi.
  33. Minister of State for External Affairs, Sh. MJ Akbar visited UAE on 28-29 October 2017 to attend 2nd India-UAE Strategic Dialogue.

MJ Akbar visited UAE during 17-19 November 2016 to attend the annual Sir Bani Yas Forum, organized by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with the Washington-based Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS);
  40. 2nd India-UAE Economic Forum was held on 19-20 October 2016 in Dubai. Sh. Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Road Transport and Highways and Sh. MJ Akbar, MOS for External Affairs participated in the Forum;
  41. A high-level delegation led by the Defence Minister visited UAE from 22-23 May 2016 and had meetings with the then Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and UAE Minister of State for Defence;
  42. Sh. Kalraj Mishra, Minister of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, visited UAE from 11 - 13 April 2016 to attend the Second Ministerial Economic and Business Conference (EBC) of the Indian Ocean Rim Association held in Dubai;
  43. Minister of State (Independent charge) for Petroleum & Natural Gas, Sh. Dharmendra Pradhan visited UAE from 10th to 13th April, 2016;
  44. Minister of State for External Affairs of India, General (Retd.) V.K. Singh visited UAE on March 11, 2016;
  45. Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting, Sh. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore visited UAE on 8-10 February 2016;
  46. Finance Minister Sh. Arun Jaitely visited UAE on 15-17 November 2015;
  47. Minister of State (IC) for Commerce and Industry, Mrs. Nirmala Sitharaman visited UAE on 12-13 October for the 3rd Meeting of the High Level Task Force on Investment;
  48. Minister of State for Finance, Sh. Jayant Sinha, visited UAE in April, 2015;

  50. Minister for Overseas Indian Affairs visited UAE in November, 2012 and April, 2013;
  51. Minister of Commerce and Industry led an Indian delegation to the first High level Task Force on Investment in Abu Dhabi on February 18, 2013;
  52. Minister of Finance paid a visit on March 23, 2013 for inauguration of Bank of Baroda branch in Dubai. He visited again on May 26, 2013 during which he held meetings with UAE Finance Minister and Deputy Supreme Commander among others; and
  53. Minister of Civil Aviation visited Dubai from April 28 to May 2, 2013 to participate in Dubai Global Convention on Business Excellence.

From the UAE side, other Ministerial visits include

  1. Minister of State for International Cooperation Ms Reem Al Hashimy participated in the Special Meeting of the UNSC CTC in India in Oct 2022 and also met EAM Dr S Jaishankar on the margins of the Conference in Delhi. She also accompanied HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed during his visit to Delhi in Nov 2022.
  2. UAE Minister of Climate Change and Environment Ms Mariam Almheiri visited Delhi in Oct 2022 to attend the Annual Assembly meetings of International Solar Alliance.
  3. In Oct 2022, Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan visited India to co-chair the 10th HLFTI with CIM Shri Piyush Goyal.
  4. UAE Minister of Economy Abdullah bin Touq Al Marri visited Delhi with a business delegation in May 2022 to explore the business and investment opportunities soon after the CEPA agreement coming into force.
  5. Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, CEO ADNOC, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and the UAE's special envoy for Climate visited India in May 2022. During his visit, MoU on Climate Action was signed.
  6. Dr. Thani Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of State (Foreign Trade) visited Delhi in September 2021 to jointly launch the negotiations with Minister of Textiles, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Shri Piyush Goyal on the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA).
  7. UAE President's Diplomatic Advisor Dr. Anwar Gargash visited Delhi in August 2021

  8. Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Bowardi, UAE's MoS for Defense Affairs, lead a defence delegation to participate in the 11th edition of DefExpo-2020 held in Lucknow in February 2020.
  9. Dr. Thani Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, then Minister for Climate Change & Environment visited Kerala in January 2020 for the Kerala Literature Festival.
  10. Eng. Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansoori, UAE Minister of Economy led a delegation from 12-13 January 2019 to participate in Partnership Summit 2019.
  11. Dr. Thani Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of Climate Change and Environment participated in Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2019 from January 17-22, 2019.
  12. Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, UAE Minister of State and Group CEO of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) visited India in February 2019 to be honoured with the "International Lifetime Achievement Award" for his outstanding contribution to the global energy industry.
  13. Mariam Saeed Hareb Al Mehairi, the UAE Minister of State for Food Security, paid a two-day visit to India during 27-28 March 2019.
  14. Mr Mohammed Ahmed Al Bowardi, UAE Minister of State for Defence Affairs, visited India on 16 October 2018 and met Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, Raksha Mantri.
  15. Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, then Chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court, visited India on 15 October 2018 and co-chaired the 6th meeting of India- UAE High Level Task Force on Investment.
  16. Dr Sultan Ahmad Al Jaber, UAE Minister of State and Group CEO of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), visited India on 15 October and met Shri Narendra Modi, Prime Minister and Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas.
  17. Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan, UAE Minister of Tolerance visited India on 1 May 2018.
  18. Suhail Al Mazrouei, UAE Minister of Energy and Industry visited India on 11 April 2018 and participated in International Energy Forum in Delhi. He also met Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas.
  19. UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Anwar Gargash visited India on 23 March 2018 and met Sushma Swaraj, External Affairs Minister and MJ Akbar, Minister of State for External Affairs. He also attended a forum organized by the Observer Research Foundation, in cooperation with the UAE Embassy in Delhi under the title "Strategic Relations between India and the UAE, and Crisis in the Middle East."
  20. Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, then Chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court, visited India on 8-12 March 2018, leading a high-level delegation that included Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al-Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of Climate Change and Environment to the Founding Ceremony of the International Solar Alliance (ISA). Sheikh Hamed met Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, President Shri Ram Nath Kovind, Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Shri Dharmendra Pradhan and Commerce and Industry Minister Shri Suresh Prabhu during his visit. Dr. Thani Al Zeyoudi met R K Singh, Minister of State for Power and New & Renewable Energy during the visit.
  21. Minister of State of UAE Zaki Anwar Nusseibeh visited India from 15-17 December 2017 and participated as the key note speaker in 4th India Ideas Conclave at Goa.
  22. Ruler of Sharjah, UAE, Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi visited Kerala from 24-27 September 2017. He met Governor of Kerela Sh. P. Sathasivam and Chief Minister of Kerela Sh. Pinarayi Vijayan and other ministers. Dr. Sheikh Sultan was awarded honorary doctorate by Calicut University for his great efforts in serving the Arab and Islamic culture.
  23. Minister of Climate Change and Environment of UAE Mr. Thani Ahmed Al Zeyoudi visited India from 29-31 August 2017. He met Minister of Minister of Food Processing Industries, Minister of Power and Minister of Environment, Forest & Climate Change.
  24. Minister of State in Ministry of Foreign Affairs of UAE Dr. Anwar Gargash led UAE delegation at the first India-UAE Strategic dialogue on 20 January 2017.
  25. Minister of Economy led the UAE delegation to the Partnership Summit 2014 held in Bengaluru in January, 2014.
  26. Minister of Energy attended Petrotech 2014 held in Noida (NCR) on January, 2014.
  27. UAE's Minister of Foreign Trade visited India in 2009 and later in January 2012 to participate in the CII partnership Summit.
  28. The Managing Director of ADIA - largest Sovereign Wealth Fund in the world - visited India on 16-20 January, 2012 to promote investments.
  29. Minister of State for Financial Affairs visited India on April 3, 2012. MOS Ministry of Finance accompanied UAE Foreign Minister to Delhi on December 12, 2013.
