Request for Proposal for Empanelment of Law Firms

          The Embassy of India, Abu Dhabi initiates the process of empanelment of law firms in Emirate of Abu Dhabi (including Al Ain) to assist with Court cases of Indian nationals. Proposals are invited from competent law firms in this regard.

2.       The legal aid provided to Indian nationals by the Embassy include -

1. Filing bail applications,
2. Filing petitions for review of sentences and remission of sentences,
3. Fighting cases of Indian nationals in jail,
4. Blood compensation cases
5. Labor cases
6. End of service benefits cases
7. any other matter that may require legal assistance.

3.       Proposals may be sent to us latest by 31st May 2022 in sealed covers with the caption “Proposals for Empanelment of Law Firms” addressed to:
